I attended Lycée Hotelier Catering School in Souillac, France, and I
have the CAP qualification in both Traditional French Cuisine and
Regional French Cuisine.
As well as my
education and years of experience in France, I have benefitted from
international experience as a chef, at restaurants in London,
Oxfordshire, and Kent in England, and in Valletta, Malta. Now I have
returned to my roots – and live in the beautiful medieval village of
Daglan, in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
